How many sessions will I need to go to?
This will vary from person to person, and depend on the issues you bring to the sessions. Generally I suggest that people attend for at least 6 sessions before deciding whether they would like to continue working together with me. The counselling relationship might last anywhere from a few months to a few years.
How often do I have to attend?
Therapy tends to work best when sessions are regular and consistent. Clients generally attend weekly and each session lasts 50 minutes. I ask clients to give me 48 hours notice if they are not able to attend.
How much will it cost?
I charge €70 per session. I offer a sliding scale, on a limited basis, to those who may not be able to afford the full fee. Please enquire with me if this is the case for you.

There are endless depths to us all. Often people go to counselling and therapy because they want to get to know themselves better or feel that some part of them is holding them back from living their life much more fully. Counselling and therapy can release this potential in them.
